It is our objective for all customers to shop knowing that they will not "get stuck" with a product
that they are not happy with. Although most of our customers don't want or need to take us up on our
offer, it always helps to know the terms of our return policy prior to purchasing.
- You may return any item purchased (except batteries and closeout items or those marked "No Returns") at The Watch Prince, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt of item and qualify for a full refund or exchange — less shipping charges (unless product is defective).
- For watch band returns, the band cannot be buckled, soiled, bent out of shape, scratched, or be missing links or pieces. Also, the inner lining cannot be creased if a refund or exchange is desired. If you plan to return a watch band, do not wear or buckle it. Once it has been worn or buckled, it is not in "as-new" condition.
- All returns and exchanges are to be sent to The Watch Prince at the specified address.
- Your risk is the cost of shipping.
- Customer must email customer service
to obtain an RMA before sending any product to us for a refund or exchange.
- Customer assumes responsibility for shipped items.
Items returned for defect or damage still need to be shipped carefully.
Terms of Refund Offer
- As-New Condition: To qualify for a complete refund, we do ask that all items returned be in “as-new” condition (unless defective) within 30 days of date of purchase. If you plan to return a watch band, do not wear
or buckle it. Once it has been worn or buckled, it is not in "as-new" condition.
- Missing Parts: All products will be inspected to ensure that there are no missing
pieces or parts. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit for items that
are missing parts or pieces, or show visible signs of wear.
- Packaging: We do require that all returned items must be shipped in their original
inner packaging. So, please save the boxes or cases in which your purchases are shipped.
- Original Purchaser: Only the original purchaser may request a refund.
- Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all
shipping costs when returning items for exchange or refund. For refunds, this includes
the original shipping cost if item(s) being returned was shipped at no charge to customer
(see #6, below).
- Free Shipping with Original Purchase: Certain purchases qualify for
free shipping. When customers return items for a
refund (that qualified for free shipping when purchased), the original shipping
cost (that was paid by The Watch Prince) will be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Return
- Request an RMA number by emailing returns@thewatchprince.com.
- Include your full name and order number in your request.
- Identify the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will be issued an RMA number. Include it with your return. The
Watch Prince will not accept returns without an RMA number.

Packaging Your Return
Please package all returned items carefully, as The Watch Prince cannot be
responsible for items damaged when being returned to us. Use a shipping method that
provides insurance against loss or damage. Remember that bubble wrap and paper fill
are both recyclable and make excellent padding for your shipment.
Payment of Refunds
Refunds are generally paid within three (3) business days of our receipt of the item,
using the same method used by the Customer to purchase the item. A credit card order
will be refunded to the credit card, etc. If there is a problem with processing your
refund, The Watch Prince will contact you.
- Refunds are paid only for items purchased and returned in as-new condition.
- Refunds are not paid for used items
- Refunds are not paid for items sold as closeouts or
marked "No Returns"
- Refunds are not paid for batteries
- Refunds are not paid for shipping charges (see
shipping charges).
